I am great at my job because I’m San Francisco obsessed. I can’t get enough of the intricacies of our housing market, neighborhoods and people. I have made a lifelong study of the trends, neighborhoods, and life of this city and I write about them on my blog at Living415.com. I’ve even named a neighborhood. The results of this enthusiasm are incredible: I have consistently been in the top 5% of San Francisco Realtors, and in 2015 I was in the top 1%. This helps my clients because the more transactions I do, the more data points and relationships I can leverage to get their business done.

2016 is my fifteenth year selling homes and investments. I actively work with both buyers and sellers. I help sellers outperform the market in both time and sale price by providing guidance about what buyers are really looking for, careful property preparation, pricing strategy, stunning and succinct marketing and skillful negotiation. I excel at the challenge of reading each and every unique buying opportunity accurately and, even in this challenging market, buyers who hire me are highly successful at obtaining the property of their choice.
I have a diverse professional background that includes project and product management in biotechnology, enterprise software and law. I am also a seasoned home remodeler and landlord. I have the experience to anticipate needs and expectations and to solve problems should they arise.
I currently live in NOPA, with my husband Stefan and our three sons, where we have a purple house with a corner store nearby. My eldest son is currently attending Lowell High School, and the little ones are in preschool. We have lived in the past in the Mission, Duboce Triangle and Noe Valley and, for just a couple of years, Park Slope, Brooklyn.
