Here’s what some past clients have to say about me . . .

For making a stressful project utterly stress-free. And for your pulse-perfect understanding of the market.

You’re the best!

- Anne

Thanks so much for helping us find our new home. Your guidance and insight were truly helpful.

- Liz Hamel and Justin Ryckebusch (2005)

Jennifer Rosdail has the tenacity and focus of a tiger when directing the culmination of a real estate deal. Combined with her personality quotient, she was the perfect agent for me.
Laura Lee Hinde, San Francisco (2003)

You provided so much – from advice to TIC deal making ability, to a nose that can sniff out fishy situations – and worked so hard for us. Thank you for helping us make our home a reality.

- Kate Bedford and Andrew Robbins, San Francisco (2006)

Jennifer thought that my wife and I could afford a house if we sold our condo… we thought we’d have to save for a number of years more.  She convinced us that this year was the right time.  We had a condo in a sought-after location in the Inner Sunset (other than being on Judah).  Jennifer helped us stage it cheaply and she knocked the ball out of the park with regards to marketing and open houses.  We were able to sell rather quickly for a great price.

Moving on to the home search, Jennifer slaved for us with each question and each home that we were interested in. Her knowledge of the city and the homes is encyclopedic.  We really ran her ragged — but she never complained.

We wrote so many offers that she actually lost count!  After much searching though, we found the right place and we were able to get the perfect home.

Remember… all of this came from having a relationship with a great realtor even before we needed her.  She had helped in the past with home questions and condo conversion, but really going after the market for us was what got us into our own house.

Three cheers for Jennifer — one of our favorite people!

- Bruce W., San Francisco

Like so many other folks out there, we recently found ourselves needing to do a short sale on our home.  Jennifer represented us and was a superstar in every sense of the word!  First, she pulled out all the stops to get us 12 offers on our house — all for over what we asked — in one week on the market.  Then she went to battle for us in the impossibly confusing and intimidating negotiations with the bank.  I cannot imagine understanding much less getting through that process without her.  She was tough and strategic with the bank and patient and supportive with us.  We closed on our short sale in record time (about 4 months) and without significant bank fees.  You can’t go wrong with Jennifer on your side!

- Julie Quiroz-Martinez, Oakland (2011)

I feel like I was always in good hands and made completely aware of all the issues.

- Carine Blanchet, San Francisco (2003 and 2006!)

Jennifer’s knowledge of home values, legal transfers, and TIC arrangements was unparalleled to other brokers that I contacted. I was impressed by her heart and savvy. When I am again looking for a real estate purchase in the bay area, I will instantly think of Jennifer Rosdail.

Thank you VERY much for all your help. We definitely wouldn’t have gotten this far with out you. You gave us a great education in a short period of time, helped us focus our investment strategy, and then helped us get a signed contract on a property that fits all of our criteria. And it has been barely a month since the first time I spoke with you!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

- Carolyn Connor, San Francisco (2004)

We bought a house in San Francisco from Jennifer in 2004 and an apartment building in 2007.  She really listened to our needs and investment criteria, then she delivered!   It was at the height of the market, but we still got a great deal!  She didn’t rush us and made sure that we got the best value for our money.  Thank goodness or we would be in trouble now!  She was so patient and fantastic about educating us on the neighborhoods, comps, city laws, financing options, etc.  I can’t imagine buying anything without her help and advice!

- Carolyne Connor, San Francisco (2008)

In a short period of time, Jennifer helped us find a wonderful first home in San Francisco.  She really knows the market.  She also listened to our concerns and helped us devise a strategy that made our search more effective.  Her home improvement ideas also helped us visualize the possibilities in our new place.  Many thanks!

- Mike Evans and Veronica Kanno, San Francisco (2005)

Bottom line – we ended up in a nicer house and neighborhood than we thought we could afford, and Jennifer knocked down brick walls to make it happen.

She has the essentials of a good agent, of course: encyclopedic knowledge of The City; finger on the pulse of the market; tenacious negotiator; knows the real story behind apparent bargains; and has a rolodex full of support people.

We had difficulty finding someone to write a VA loan in this market, and seemed to know more than the one willing mortgage broker we had found.  Jennifer located a expert who knew this unique product AND the unique SF RE market, then she studied up to near expert status herself.  She saved us from wasting time with houses which wouldn’t work in a VA loan and maximized our purchasing power.

She let us take our time, walked through probably 25 houses with us, even encouraged us to write a long shot offer early in the search to see how the process works in this town.  When we considered tenant-occupied properties, short sales, and any other ‘irregular’ transaction she educated us on all of the ramifications, including plenty we would have never seen coming.

There were many opportunities to make the quick sale, get us into a house and get on with the next client.  Instead Jennifer took all the time needed to get us into the best house we could afford.  We expect to be repeat customer when it’s time to leave here.

If you are reading this and contemplating Jennifer Rosdail for your real estate needs, look no further.  She is as good as it gets, and better.  This woman not only has a VAST knowledge of the ins and outs of the real estate market, she is most definitely someone you want ON YOUR SIDE.  An incredible advocate, she went to bat for us on a short sale and got us a remarkable price.  She hit it out of the ball park!  My husband and I ended up in a house we could only dream was possible.   We landed our dream home and Jennifer Rosdail brokered the deal.

Jennifer is real, not stuffy or pushy or snobby.  Just plain real and very very smart.  I had lived in San Francisco for close to 20 years, grew up in the bay area before that and she taught me stuff about the city I never knew.  Took me to delightful corners of San Francisco I did not even know existed.  She took our budget for a home and showed us just how much we could get for our money.

Look no further, Jennifer is the real deal in real estate.  She is the one you want.

- Cindy Pena., San Francisco (2009)

Bottom line – buying your first home is a big deal.  And, in San Francisco, it can be crazy.  We know – we picked the hardest way to do it (I swear, the next time around will be MUCH easier).

We were so lucky to hear about Jennifer from a friend – in her, we had a realtor we could wholly trust who guided us through the process, was willing to go the extra mile and, was enjoyable all at the same time!  Through tough negotiations with an erratic seller, working with a small budget that wanted a lot, explaining graduated interest rates and brick foundations and even to celebrating our new home, Jennifer was awesome.

She knows her stuff (including great remodel advice), sincerely LOVES San Francisco realty (she actually lives here), isn’t afraid to push hard for her clients and is trustworthy  - a pretty fantastic combination in San Francisco.  And with all that said, I highly recommend her!

I had been renting in SF for more than a year and I decided it made more sense if I was going to spend all that money to at least have some chance of getting it back some day.  First I was just looking at listings on the internet and visiting open houses and I asked Jennifer to help me when I thought I saw something I liked.  When I realized it wasn’t really what I wanted she helped me by driving me around and showing me examples of all sorts of places in various neighborhoods we thought I’d like.  Finally I realized I didn’t want to live in a fancy yuppy neighborhood and we focussed more on the Mission where we finally found my house (actually a condo but it’s only two units) which I’m still very happy with.

San Francisco real estate is complicated.  There are TIC’s, condos, appartments, houses and various things in between.  There’s also the building code and zoning.  Jennifer understands all this.  Not only the leagalities, but also the practicalities.  She has a very positive attitude.  She’s patient and she’ll keep going until you get what you want.   I think she’s great.

When my husband and I first explored the prospect of purchasing a home, our friends and colleagues all mentioned the importance of having realtor that you can trust.  Now that we have completed the purchase of our first home, I understand the gravity of that advice, and I couldn’t have been more pleased working with Jennifer Rosdail.

We were referred to Jennifer by a friend, and after interviewing several realtors (also referred by friends), we decided to go with Jennifer because she was willing to work with a range of budgets, took pride in getting good deals, and had a negotiating style that we were comfortable with.  Throughout our search, offer, and escrow processes, her tenacity, astute communication, and experience proved to be vital to our successful close.

While exploring properties in our price range to learn the market, Jennifer worked hard to make the most of our time.  She methodically put together a range of properties to our two different specifications, so that we could better understand the kind of home that would best serve our wants and needs.  As we got more clear about what we wanted (which is actually harder than it sounds), Jennifer’s recommendations became more precise.

Once we found a property we wanted, Jennifer helped us through the process of writing offers and responding to counter offers.  At this point, I started to understand the importance of trust with your realtor.  It can be difficult to make such a big decision under the time pressure often dictated in contracts.  Jennifer supported our decision making and posed the right questions to consider in the process.

Once our offer was accepted, further negotiations ensued, and Jennifer’s negotiation skills helped us get the home we wanted on fair terms.  This was not an easy prospect in our specific transaction, due to a distressed seller and a challenging economic climate.  As each detail of the contract was finalized, Jennifer was able to analyze the proposal against our benefit and gain.  Again, this was much more complex than initially expected, and it was clear that our representation was better than that of our neighbors.

We are now owners of a home that we never imagined we could purchase with our budget.  This huge accomplishment would not have been possible without Jennifer’s advice, support, and advocacy.  Yes, this review is glowing, and Jennifer deserves every bit of this praise.  I will recommend her with resounding enthusiasm to my friends, family and colleagues.

- Emily Schaffer, San Francisco (2009)

Jennifer represented us as buyers in a competitive and difficult seller’s market in a highly desireable area. She provided aggressive, strategic advice consistent with our needs. Making herself available through thick and thin, she gave us the top notch, high quality service we had hoped for. We ended up buying the house of our dreams and have no reservations in recommending her to others. If Jennifer is your agent, you have a tireless advocate behind you, congratulations. If you’re considering Jennifer, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

- Raquel Sefton, Piedmont (2008)

Jennifer is a great realtor who really knows the market and shows properties based on your interest and/or restrictions. We would highly recommend Jennifer.
