This Queen Anne Victorian corner home has been on the market for most of 2008 for 1795000. It has now been on the market since April 8, 2010 at $1750000. It’s main positive features are it’s exquisite exterior detail, convenient NOPA location and it’s enormous size. The interior of the home has been updated with a 50s diner style kitchen. The bathrooms seem to have been updated in the 90s.
This home is a good example of what I talked about in my blog post a while ago “A Tale of Two Houses.”
