Application Criteria
- Credit score 650+ for each tenant
- No past eviction or late rent payments
- No criminal history
- Income: 3x rent
- Positive past landlord or personal references
- Pets considered with positive reference
- Maximum 2 adult applicants
- Renter’s Insurance Required
- Landlord prefers tenants who qualify without a guarantor. Landlord may consider an applicant with a guarantor at their discretion
Applications will be considered first based on offer price, second, move-in date, and third, order received. Landlords will take into consideration whether or not you need a guarantor and have a personal past tenant history.
Each roommate needs to fill out a separate application (Reference each other in the “Name of roommate” question). Only when all the roommates’ applications are received will the application be considered complete and be reviewed.
When/if your application is selected for review based on above criteria, you will be asked to apply through Intellirent and, at that point, will pay an application fee to Intellirent.
