
Starting late last month, new guidelines for the State and the Bay Area Counties went into effect that changed the way we are allowed to market real estate. For buyers, this can be frustrating because they love to look at homes in person before they make up their minds. For sellers, this can be a leap of faith because how can buyers who can’t see a home in person decide whether to buy it? It can also be a challenge for sellers who reside in a home because entry into occupied homes is 100% off the table.

Once we are in escrow, we use 100% online document delivery and transaction management to close the transaction. The only time you will need to see anyone – and even that can be at a 6’ plus distance – is the notary for final signatures. We can asynchronously visit the property to deliver keys at closing and conduct inspections.
