Samantha Bohlke
Realtor/ North Bay Specialist/ Director of Operations

Samantha has launched the Jennifer Rosdail Real Estate Sales’ first expansion effort in Sonoma and northern Marin counties. Her drive and dedication define her work style and make her great at helping her clients achieve their goals. Samantha is proud to be a Bay Area Native – she grew up in Marin County and relocated to Sonoma County where she lives and owns rental properties. Her in-depth knowledge of her home turf and ability to understand the subtleties of different communities helps her clients evaluate their many choices in the North Bay. She is particularly passionate about wealth building through multi-unit investing and house hacking. When she’s not showing homes or negotiating offers, Samantha uses her crafting and creative skills to assist the team with strategic marketing projects; as well as chairs the Growth Committee for Keller Williams San Francisco as an ALC Member.

Alex Mosley
Executive Assistant

Originally from Oregon, Alex has always been drawn to the Bay Area by its diverse neighborhoods, welcoming people, and that unique SF charm. He was finally able to turn that dream into reality in 2020. In his time here, Alex has enjoyed being welcomed by the LGBTQ+ community, getting to know different cities in the Bay Area, and all the beautiful period architecture. Alex plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our team in the day-to-day hustle. Whether it’s navigating transactions, managing preparations for an upcoming listing, or supporting the team, he brings a can-do attitude to every aspect of the job to get things to the finish line. With a background in tech, customer service, and even resort management, Alex brings a diverse skill set to his role on the team, with a high focus on customer satisfaction. Outside of work, you’ll find him exploring the Bay Area, hunting down new food spots, or soaking up the sun at Dolores Park.

Courtney Cochrun
Realtor/Showing Agent

Courtney is a driven professional with a diverse background in healthcare and real estate. Originally from Orange County, Courtney made the strategic move to San Francisco to pursue her higher education at San Francisco State University. During her time there, she demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Following her academic pursuits, Courtney embarked on a path in healthcare, spending a year as a nursing assistant. This experience not only honed her interpersonal and caregiving skills but also instilled in her a deep sense of empathy and compassion.

However, Courtney’s career aspirations evolved, and she decided to follow in her father’s footsteps by transitioning into the realm of real estate. Eager to gain practical experience and knowledge in the field, she sought out opportunities to learn and grow. Courtney completed an internship at an industrial real estate company in Santa Ana, where she immersed herself in various aspects of the industry while diligently preparing for her real estate exam.

Upon successfully passing her exam, Courtney returned to San Francisco with a newfound determination to pursue her passion for real estate. Recognizing the importance of aligning herself with a reputable brokerage that shares her values and commitment to excellence, Courtney joined Keller Williams. Not long after, Courtney was honored to join the Jennifer Rosdail Real Estate Team. There, she continues to leverage her diverse skill set, unwavering dedication, and client-centered approach to help individuals and families achieve their real estate goals in the dynamic San Francisco market.

Ali Andersen
Realtor

After earning two Bachelor degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she moved to Los Angeles and started her career in real estate. She began by working for the premier office leasing team at CBRE’s global headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. There she garnered a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Eventually, the appeal of residential real estate caught Ali’s attention.

She quickly earned her wings at Keller Williams in Santa Monica, CA, being named Rising Star & Quickest into Production for the market center. She co-founded the Keller Williams Young Professional’s organization for Southern California and sat on the executive board for two years. Ali also taught classes on contracts and ethics and mentored new hires on the team.

Having grown up in the Bay Area, Ali kept her eye on the market and saw an opportunity to come back to the Bay. There she joined Jennifer Rosdail Real Estate. Her knowledge of the territory, awareness of the cultural climate, and desire to sell homes made it an easy partnership. While she enjoyed her time in sunny Southern California, having put clients in homes from the Bird Streets to Boyle Heights, Ali couldn’t be happier to return home.

Phoebe Lao
Realtor

Phoebe was born and raised in Taiwan until she turned 12. Then, after immigrating to the United States to live with her aunt and uncle, she visited San Francisco for the first time and fell in love with the city. After receiving her bachelor’s degree at UCLA and master’s degree at University of Pennsylvania, Phoebe spent the first half of her career in consulting and finally made it back to the Bay Area with her new job as an Engagement Manager in a B2B SaaS startup. During this time Phoebe realized that she can combine her passion for real estate with her experience in customer service, and decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent.

Upon joining the Jennifer Rosdail Real Estate Team, she quickly learned the ropes and started serving clients by helping them find houses to turn into homes. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers by shepherding them through the process of making perhaps the biggest financial investment in their lives thus far. She hopes that all her clients love their new homes in San Francisco just as she does.
