Director of Operations
Devan offers over 17 years of well-rounded experience in the Real Estate Industry. This includes many years as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant, an Ohio Realtor, Managing an Appraisal office and as a General Manager for a Mortgage Field Service company. Her passion lies on the architectural side of real estate while her strengths include relationship building, technical excellency, multi-tasking, and modern marketing awareness.
After earning two Bachelor degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she moved to Los Angeles and started her career in real estate. She began by working for the premier office leasing team at CBRE’s global headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. There she garnered a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Eventually, the appeal of residential real estate caught Ali’s attention.
She quickly earned her wings at Keller Williams in Santa Monica, CA, being named Rising Star & Quickest into Production for the market center. She co-founded the Keller Williams Young Professional’s organization for Southern California and sat on the executive board for two years. Ali also taught classes on contracts and ethics and mentored new hires on the team.
Having grown up in the Bay Area, Ali kept her eye on the market and saw an opportunity to come back to the Bay. There she joined Jennifer Rosdail Real Estate. Her knowledge of the territory, awareness of the cultural climate, and desire to sell homes made it an easy partnership. While she enjoyed her time in sunny Southern California, having put clients in homes from the Bird Streets to Boyle Heights, Ali couldn’t be happier to return home.
I have had a long love affair with San Francisco since I first moved here in the early Nineties. Perhaps what I have always appreciated most is the rich diversity of neighborhoods, each with their own unique character. As Showing Agent for the Living 415 team, I work with our clients to find them the perfect home in one of the many neighborhoods that make this city such a vibrant and amazing place to live. As a long-time resident, I especially enjoy sharing these neighborhoods with newer residents and introducing some of our more SF Established clients to corners of the city they didn’t know existed. And as a former San Francisco Chef, I am always ready to provide my favorite restaurant recommendations for each one of these neighborhoods!

Samantha has launched the Jennifer Rosdail Real Estate Sales first expansion effort in Sonoma and northern Marin counties. Her drive and dedication define her work style and make her great at helping her clients achieve their goals. Samantha is proud to be a Bay Area Native – she grew up in Marin County and recently relocated to Sonoma County where she bought her first home. Her in-depth knowledge of her home turf and ability to understand the subtleties of different communities helps her clients evaluate their many choices in the North Bay. When she’s not showing homes, Samantha uses her crafting and creative skills to assist the team with strategic marketing projects.
Joelle Schwartz, Graphic Designer
With a rare combination of a raw creative artistic talent and analytical business mind, Joelle Schwartz is an asset to any team. She has the ability to come up with valuable new ideas, and then execute them creatively whether on her own or by supervising and directing a team. She possesses excellent leadership skills because she knows how to balance authority and instruction with genuine concern and interest in her team members and their needs. Joelle has over 13 years of corporate experience ranging from Graphic Design, Digital Retouch, and UX design to Art Direction and Creative Management. Joelle’s passion lies in branding, and each project she is involved with has a consistent look and style that defines it and makes it stand out in the market. Joelle has a Master’s Degree in Art and brings her expert philosophical understanding of design to every thing she approaches. In her personal life, she enjoys rock-climbing, tennis, sewing, cooking healthy delicious food, gardening, and game nights with her friends.
