- Once we have identified an awesome listing:
- Walk you through necessary disclosures and landlord expectation
- Review lease documents for execution
- Handle any necessary renter orientation with the building
- Vendor support for move in
- Get the renter their keys!
Pricing:
- The greater of $3,500 or 8% of the first year’s rent.
