Testimonials

Here’s what some past clients have to say about me . . .

Great, very patient, smart realtor. My husband and I were downsizing in San Francisco so we had a house to sell and a place to buy. We were not the easiest clients and Jennifer was incredibly patient with us, understanding that selling our house was a big deal and that we wanted to move into a place that was equally special – but smaller. We saw a lot of places that weren’t quite right and Jennifer did not push us to like them. She listened and when we finally saw a place we both wanted, she was great about helping with the bridge financing – offering us several options and steering us to the lowest cost option. In selling our house, she again did a great job of figuring out the right price point and marketing the place. She’s down to earth, community minded and easy to work with, but also very smart and sophisticated on the financial side.

Both you and Devan provided the most memorable, exciting and FUN first house hunting experience for us and we will never forget it! That and Elvis’ amazing negotiating skills. From our impulsive necessity to see things ASAP, you helped us find our perfect first home in just 3 weeks!! I wish it lasted longer only so we could keep driving around the city with you and hearing about your SF stories!

As first-time homebuyers, Jennifer was very helpful in walking us through the process and really listening to what we wanted. During the search process, Jennifer and her team were very responsive about getting us in to see homes we liked. She was proactive in showing us listings through the MLS portal, as well as through follow-up emails with homes she thought we should see. This way we had a broad set of home to browse through as well as her recommendations. We were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of the SF housing market and specific topics. She did a great job explaining things like the pros/cons of TICs and helped us evaluate if it was right for us (it wasn’t). Our search lasted for about four and a half months, which started in the winter as a light browse to data points on the market. The first offer we submitted got accepted! Jennifer was great at negotiating the offer to get us the winning bid through a hectic afternoon. In the end we changed some terms and beat out an all-cash offer and still had comfort in our terms. We bought an older, “fixer-upper” and Jennifer helped us get comfort in the value of the home. We had a very fast close and the team helped us through understanding what we should be doing to close on time. Additionally, she has been helpful in suggesting other home-related topics (i.e. contractor recommendations). We really enjoyed working with Jennifer and appreciated her knowledge, frankness, energy and the overall result! We would recommend using Jennifer + team to purchase your home!

Today we are living in the home of our dreams, thanks to Samantha. She listened and understood our needs from the very beginning. Throughout the entire process Samantha worked nonstop for us, constantly going above and beyond our expectations. Her knowledge of both Sonoma county and it’s real estate is truly astounding. She knows every corner of this beautiful county. She provided the service of the professional and the company of a friend. Going into home buying my husband and are felt unsure of the process and ill equipped but once we started working with Samantha we immediately felt reassured and optimistic about buying and owning a home. It’s a pretty crazy market here and we definitely would have lost heart without Samantha. We are so thankful to have met Samantha.

We are both so thankful for the flexibility and work that you and the KW team put in for us. Every morning fills me with satisfaction and pride.

I have now bought and sold a house with Jennifer. She’s smart, savvy and focused. As a non-native, I appreciate Jennifer’s knowledge of SF, from neighborhoods to properties to the laws. She got me an amazing deal on my home and a great price when I sold it. Recommend her and her team 100%.
Serene L. – Seller, Oakland (2017)

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and the prospect of buying a home in the city was exciting and yet horrifying. We really wanted to live in a city we had grown to love, but were concerned because of the cost.
We met Jennifer at an open house across the street. We were more interested in seeing the house (which was way above our budget) than really looking for an agent, but Jennifer immediately won us over. We had already interviewed two other agents before Jennifer, and were scheduled to meet with a fourth agent but literally walking out of the meeting with Jennifer I called and cancelled the meeting because she impressed us so much.

Jennifer spent a lot of time with us to better understand exactly what we wanted (often helping us find out exactly what we wanted), what was a deal breaker, what was important and what was nice to have. I think a lot of agents do this, but the other agents we interviewed had an agenda in mind (areas of the city, etc). Jennifer also was very open about what she thought was a good property vs. an overpriced property. She builds these spreadsheets that show you her pricing thought process, so you can do your own thinking. We didn’t always agree on price, but she never pushed us to put down a larger offer than we felt comfortable. I had a lot of difficulty getting used to the sticker shock of the bay area, but once we had put some offers down on houses and saw what price they sold for, she was shockingly accurate. All agents want to be the winning bid, but Jennifer also wants you to barely be the winning bid.

Jennifer ended up finding a wonderful fixer-upper in the Mission that we purchased, and while most agents consider their job finished at that point, Jennifer has continued to help us with the renovation. She’s recommended contractors, great locations to get tile, appliances, cabinets, etc. She has helped us talk to contractors and find other ways to try to save some money on the renovation.

Buying a home in SF is always going to be stressful, but Jennifer will make the process the best possible experience you can have. We ended up with a home in exactly the place we wanted, with all the amenities we wanted, for less than we had budgeted, and faster than I had expected. You can’t find a better agent.

Jennifer is an amazing realtor! She is super smart, patient, and responsive. She helped my wife and I find a great home, navigate the offer and weather the insane financing process. And, she’s really fun to be around!

If we ever go through this crazy process again, we would definitely work with her. and and we strongly recommend her!
Randy Q. (2017)

Jennifer was great throughout the process. Not too pushy with me, but very proactive and aggressive with all the right other stakeholders. She also has great referrals and connections throughout the moving and renovation process.

LOVE the wine decanter, thank you for giving us such a personal gift for our mid-escrow marriage! It’s one-of-a-kind and we can’t wait to break it in 🙂

Jennifer is exceptional: she is an excellent realtor and at the same time a caring and warmhearted person with a strong sense of community. With her help we saw more places in a weekend than we’d have otherwise in a month. Driving all over San Francisco with her was educational and fun. She helped us not only find the right apartment but also a broker who moved quickly so we could make an offer that was just right.
(2015)

Jennifer didn’t need to take me on. I was asking the impossible: an affordable 2 bedroom in San Francisco? Yeah right? But she took me on anyway and busted her butt to find me my current home AND I LOVE IT.

She is the real deal!
Matt B. (2015)

An excellent agent not only finds people homes, but really has to truly understand her clients. Jennifer has helped us realize what’s possible – especially in a notoriously tough market like San Francisco! She pushed us to explore other neighborhoods, check out a few fixer uppers, but always led us with her expertise.

We bought a place in Silver Terrace, and we couldn’t be happier. It took a lot of work fixing it up, but with another agent, we probably would’ve never seen the vision for this place. She’s dedicated, honest, and always works in your best interest.

With Jennifer’s guidance, we now live in a home that we are able to comfortably afford, as well as be in a space that we truly feel suits us. She was so expedient with any logistics and really made us a priority within her already busy schedule.

We’ve recommended Jennifer to another friend of mine and he bought a house shortly afterwards too. We strongly recommend her to anybody – and we look forward to working with her again down the road!
Eugene C. (2015)

Jennifer helped my husband and I buy our first home. In a tough market such as San Francisco, it is absolutely important that you work with someone who is both really knowledgeable and proactive. Jennifer has both of these qualities (plus more) and we were so grateful for her help in our search. We absolutely love our home. Without a doubt, I recommend Jennifer for any of your real estate needs!
Mel I. (2015)

Jen is fantastic. We have worked with her now to buy a home, sell it, and buy a new house. Not only did she help us buy our first home, but then she helped us improve it. And a few years later to get it ready for the market. She is truly the best. She always has your back, from driving around the city dropping into open houses, to taking you to a store and talking through remodels. Jen understands the market, which in this market makes all the difference. And i honestly don’t know how she does it all. We tell anyone we know who is thinking of buying or selling in San Francisco to work with Jen.
Nat M. (2015)

I worked with Jennifer to find a condo in San Francisco, CA to buy as an investment property. The reason I really enjoyed working with her are the following:

– She is knowledgeable of the market.
– She provided us with some guidance as it was the first time we would buy an investment property we needed that guidance.
– She understood our requirements and provided the guidance within these requirements
– She comes prepared and we made the most out of the time we had available to visit the properties that mattered.
– She really knows very well the city, what area is hot, what area to avoid, etc… and that is very important to select what to focus on

Jennifer was referred to me by a friend and I will refer her to my friends whenever they look for a realtor.

So far we are very happy with the property we purchased. It has worked pretty much financially the way she had predicted.
Olivier M. (2015)

Jennifer helped us buy our home in SF earlier this year after relocating from the east coast. We met at an open house, and she took the time to educate us about the SF housing market, different neighborhoods, condo vs. TIC. She is extremely knowledgeable about the history and development of the city and is so fun to talk to! When we closed in on which property was right for us (in less than a week!), she went above and beyond to ensure we got our place. Without her knowledge, responsiveness, skill at negotiating, and effective communication with the other agent, we would surely have lost out. Now we are not only the happy owners of a place that is perfect for us, but we also have the peace of mind of knowing we paid the right price!
D Y (2015)

My husband and I moved to the bay area and had no idea what to expect in the San Francisco home buying market. Having rented in the Noe Valley area for about 3 months we were pretty specific about what we wanted and needed in a home. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and made herself very available to us, she always answered texts, calls, e-mails and was ready to look at open houses with us. Jennifer is very realistic and knowledgeable about San Francisco real estate and very honest. Her advice about what price houses would sell for were always on point. We are so happy we found the house we did and we couldn’t have done it without Jennifer!
Hana P., San Francisco (2015)

Jennifer is the full package, everything one could want in a realtor, and I come from a place of experience as I have purchased and sold many properties. Jennifer is energetic, savvy, and smart, essential, yet often hard to find, qualities in this competitive San Francisco market. She goes the extra mile, always making herself available when needed and giving sound advice. If you are a buyer, she WON’T let you buy the wrong house and if you are a seller she WILL insist on making your place perfect to pave the way for multiple offers and a top dollar sale. And, if you are a buyer in a multiple offer situation, she will do everything humanly possible to ensure you get the property without over-paying. I have worked with Jennifer on 3 transactions in San Francisco and one out of area referral. For me, she has excelled in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend her to you!
Laura M., San Francisco (2015)

Thanks to Jennifer, in 5 weeks, I went from thinking about buying to owning a condo in Bernal Heights. She held my hand when I needed it and handled the mortgage company and the selling agent with firm but velvet glove.

I know not everyone gets this lucky but, for me, it definitely started with the right agent and that was Jennifer! Love my new home. Thanks, Jennifer!
Serene Lewis (2015)

We had Jennifer as our realtor last year when we were looking for a home for our son. He was working in SF but the rents were zooming and we knew it was time to buy.We had a limited budget so at first it seemed hopeless but in no time we had a lovely home in Bernal Heights and our son can ride his bike to his office! I have purchased 3 homes in the past and am familiar with CA real estate and realtors. What stood out with Jennifer was her superior knowledge of SF, it’s neighborhoods, its odd real estate manners and its history. On top of that she has a brilliant mind. I am a scientist and can spot a high level of reasoning and she has it. I did wonder why she was in this field because her talents could take her many places but she seemed to really love it. In short, go to Jennifer if you want a home in SF!
(2014)

I was referred to Jennifer through a friend, and I thank my lucky stars for that referral. Jennifer is simply the best. From my initial meeting with her, to the search for a possible home, to the bidding process and the final close (and even after the close!)… Jennifer has taken complete care of me. She is more than just an agent and more like my guardian angel of home acquisition, shuttling me to open houses, pushing on me to read all the paperwork, coaching me through the bidding war, talking me off the ledge in the face of minor hurdles before the close and even helping me through new homeowner woes.

She’s a great combination of warmth and toughness — and truly the best ally to have on your team.

She has my full endorsement. I honestly could not have asked for a better home-buying experience thanks to Jennifer!
Alex Doniach (2013)

Dear Jennifer,

How lucky we are that our San Francisco real estate journey came full circle with you!

It seems like we were just looking for a house with you almost six years ago. We were new to the Bay Area, wanted to find a house within six months, and we needed to buy the house with a VA loan. Added to that, our house viewing times had to be worked around the nap schedules of two little ones. You helped us every step of the way and we were able to move into our new place within our time frame. And you made the experience fun!

When we found out we had to leave San Francisco, we were so glad that you were going to help us sell our house. Of course, we couldn’t make it too easy for you so we moved across the country at the beginning of the process! This real estate selling endeavor could have added so much stress to our East Coast move. Instead, your hard work and communication simplified the entire process. We enjoyed the photo updates and were thrilled with the renovation. Your financial support was very much appreciated. We are amazed (and relieved) at how quickly the house sold. We feel fortunate to have found both a great real estate agent and friend. There aren’t enough ways to say thank you. Please know we are so grateful.

We’d love to see you if you’re in the DC area!
Mimi

My wife and I would highly recommend using Jennifer as an agent. First she got us to view a house that was not listed on Redfin and never had an open house. Then she helped negotiate from an asking price which was outside of our budget to a figure that was below our max. But she probably proved her value the most in the time between when our offer was accepted until we closed. The seller gave multiple indications that they were trying to back out of the deal but Jennifer held her feet to the fire, was in constant communication with our lender and escrow officer and made sure that our deal closed. There is no way that we would be in our house today if it weren’t for Jennifer.

As other reviews have stated Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about both the San Francisco housing market and the home buying process. She was very good about encouraging us to consider things outside of our original criteria but, at the same time, very respectful of our decision making process. Always enthusiastic, optimistic while being realistic, Jennifer was a pleasure to work with.
Jake Hadary, San Francisco (2012)

For making a stressful project utterly stress-free. And for your pulse-perfect understanding of the market.

You’re the best!
Anne Hall (2011)

Jennifer was absolutely professional throughout the process and demonstrated her knowledge, relevant experience, tenacity and wisdom as we moved through a myriad of challenges and setbacks.  We have absolute confidence in her ability and wanted you to know just how much we have valued, appreciated and relied upon her support.  During all the challenges she has been a pleasure to work with; at certain points just to be able to laugh or shake our heads was so very important, she definitely has great “people skills”.
Shah, Amara and Marney Malik (2012)

Thanks so much for helping us find our new home. Your guidance and insight were truly helpful.
Liz Hamel and Justin Ryckebusch (2005)

Thank you so much for helping us sell our home. You handled everything so thoroughly and professionally. We really benefited from your carefully thought out marketing plan. You knew all the right aspects about our house to highlight to prospective buyers. When the bids came in, you steered us in the right direction and we got a great price for our house. Above all, it was a pleasure to work with you. I wish you all the best!
Madeline and Craig Kaplan, San Francisco (2004)

Jennifer Rosdail has the tenacity and focus of a tiger when directing the culmination of a real estate deal. Combined with her personality quotient, she was the perfect agent for me.
Laura Lee Hinde, San Francisco (2003)

Jennifer helped me through my first home buying experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She gently advised me against things where I would have been miserable and explained in detail the home buying process. She has a great disposition and is an extremely trustworthy person. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends!
Jennifer Sever (2011)

You provided so much – from advice to TIC deal making ability, to a nose that can sniff out fishy situations – and worked so hard for us. Thank you for helping us make our home a reality.
Kate Bedford and Andrew Robbins, San Francisco (2006)

Jennifer thought that my wife and I could afford a house if we sold our condo… we thought we’d have to save for a number of years more.  She convinced us that this year was the right time.  We had a condo in a sought-after location in the Inner Sunset (other than being on Judah).  Jennifer helped us stage it cheaply and she knocked the ball out of the park with regards to marketing and open houses.  We were able to sell rather quickly for a great price.

Moving on to the home search, Jennifer slaved for us with each question and each home that we were interested in. Her knowledge of the city and the homes is encyclopedic.  We really ran her ragged — but she never complained.

We wrote so many offers that she actually lost count!  After much searching though, we found the right place and we were able to get the perfect home.

Remember… all of this came from having a relationship with a great realtor even before we needed her.  She had helped in the past with home questions and condo conversion, but really going after the market for us was what got us into our own house.

Three cheers for Jennifer — one of our favorite people!
Bruce W., San Francisco

Like so many other folks out there, we recently found ourselves needing to do a short sale on our home.  Jennifer represented us and was a superstar in every sense of the word!  First, she pulled out all the stops to get us 12 offers on our house — all for over what we asked — in one week on the market.  Then she went to battle for us in the impossibly confusing and intimidating negotiations with the bank.  I cannot imagine understanding much less getting through that process without her.  She was tough and strategic with the bank and patient and supportive with us.  We closed on our short sale in record time (about 4 months) and without significant bank fees.  You can’t go wrong with Jennifer on your side!
Julie Quiroz-Martinez, Oakland (2011)

Jennifer really puts her clients first. As a very nervous first-time homebuyer, uncertain about what I could afford and how to go through the process, I found Jennifer by chance on Trulia. And she was fantastic.

She’s patient, reassuring and masterfully competent. Jennifer explains the process carefully, drives you around to properties to cultivate your understanding of the market, knows every architectural feature and home modification, and can even tell you what the insects in the gardens are. Jennifer’s understanding of her business and the San Francisco market are simply phenomenal.

She’s honest about what you can afford and her diligence in drawing up the numbers was very helpful as I tried to make the right homebuying decision. Jennifer coaches you on how to deal with the various stages of the process and makes sure every step is prepared ahead of time. She’s a great communicator – calls and e-mails are answered quickly at all hours. Jennifer will meet you before work, during work, after work, whenever it’s most convenient for you.

Don’t worry that you’re fretting too much over minutiae – Jennifer will draw out your concern and address it promptly and with sympathy. Her attitude is, You have a worry, express it to me, I’ll get an answer, and then you won’t worry about it anymore.

Plus, once the deal is closed, Jennifer continues to support her clients. She’s provided me with reliable names for a handyman, a plumber, a carpenter and other contractors who can make the changes I want.

As a Realtor, Jennifer is energetic, disciplined, supportive and all-round amazing. I love my house and the process was surprisingly painless, thanks to Jennifer.
Marisa Rawling (2011)

I feel like I was always in good hands and made completely aware of all the issues.
Carine Blanchet, San Francisco (2003 and 2006!)

Jennifer’s knowledge of home values, legal transfers, and TIC arrangements was unparalleled to other brokers that I contacted. I was impressed by her heart and savvy. When I am again looking for a real estate purchase in the bay area, I will instantly think of Jennifer Rosdail.
Mike Rhodes, San Francisco (2004)

You provided so much – from advice to TIC deal making ability, to a nose that can sniff out fishy situations – and worked so hard for us. Thank you for helping us make our home a reality.
Kate Bedford and Andrew Robbins, San Francisco (2006)

Thank you VERY much for all your help. We definitely wouldn’t have gotten this far with out you. You gave us a great education in a short period of time, helped us focus our investment strategy, and then helped us get a signed contract on a property that fits all of our criteria. And it has been barely a month since the first time I spoke with you!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Carolyn Connor, San Francisco (2004)

We bought a house in San Francisco from Jennifer in 2004 and an apartment building in 2007.  She really listened to our needs and investment criteria, then she delivered!   It was at the height of the market, but we still got a great deal!  She didn’t rush us and made sure that we got the best value for our money.  Thank goodness or we would be in trouble now!  She was so patient and fantastic about educating us on the neighborhoods, comps, city laws, financing options, etc.  I can’t imagine buying anything without her help and advice!
Carolyne Connor, San Francisco (2008)

In a short period of time, Jennifer helped us find a wonderful first home in San Francisco.  She really knows the market.  She also listened to our concerns and helped us devise a strategy that made our search more effective.  Her home improvement ideas also helped us visualize the possibilities in our new place.  Many thanks!
Mike Evans and Veronica Kanno, San Francisco (2005)

Bottom line – we ended up in a nicer house and neighborhood than we thought we could afford, and Jennifer knocked down brick walls to make it happen.

She has the essentials of a good agent, of course: encyclopedic knowledge of The City; finger on the pulse of the market; tenacious negotiator; knows the real story behind apparent bargains; and has a rolodex full of support people.

We had difficulty finding someone to write a VA loan in this market, and seemed to know more than the one willing mortgage broker we had found.  Jennifer located a expert who knew this unique product AND the unique SF RE market, then she studied up to near expert status herself.  She saved us from wasting time with houses which wouldn’t work in a VA loan and maximized our purchasing power.

She let us take our time, walked through probably 25 houses with us, even encouraged us to write a long shot offer early in the search to see how the process works in this town.  When we considered tenant-occupied properties, short sales, and any other ‘irregular’ transaction she educated us on all of the ramifications, including plenty we would have never seen coming.

There were many opportunities to make the quick sale, get us into a house and get on with the next client.  Instead Jennifer took all the time needed to get us into the best house we could afford.  We expect to be repeat customer when it’s time to leave here.
Timothy Jiggens, San Francisco (2009)

If you are reading this and contemplating Jennifer Rosdail for your real estate needs, look no further.  She is as good as it gets, and better.  This woman not only has a VAST knowledge of the ins and outs of the real estate market, she is most definitely someone you want ON YOUR SIDE.  An incredible advocate, she went to bat for us on a short sale and got us a remarkable price.  She hit it out of the ball park!  My husband and I ended up in a house we could only dream was possible.   We landed our dream home and Jennifer Rosdail brokered the deal.

Jennifer is real, not stuffy or pushy or snobby.  Just plain real and very very smart.  I had lived in San Francisco for close to 20 years, grew up in the bay area before that and she taught me stuff about the city I never knew.  Took me to delightful corners of San Francisco I did not even know existed.  She took our budget for a home and showed us just how much we could get for our money.

Look no further, Jennifer is the real deal in real estate.  She is the one you want.
Cindy Pena., San Francisco (2009)

Bottom line – buying your first home is a big deal.  And, in San Francisco, it can be crazy.  We know – we picked the hardest way to do it (I swear, the next time around will be MUCH easier).

We were so lucky to hear about Jennifer from a friend – in her, we had a realtor we could wholly trust who guided us through the process, was willing to go the extra mile and, was enjoyable all at the same time!  Through tough negotiations with an erratic seller, working with a small budget that wanted a lot, explaining graduated interest rates and brick foundations and even to celebrating our new home, Jennifer was awesome.

She knows her stuff (including great remodel advice), sincerely LOVES San Francisco realty (she actually lives here), isn’t afraid to push hard for her clients and is trustworthy  – a pretty fantastic combination in San Francisco.  And with all that said, I highly recommend her!
Jessica Skylar (2010)

I had been renting in SF for more than a year and I decided it made more sense if I was going to spend all that money to at least have some chance of getting it back some day.  First I was just looking at listings on the internet and visiting open houses and I asked Jennifer to help me when I thought I saw something I liked.  When I realized it wasn’t really what I wanted she helped me by driving me around and showing me examples of all sorts of places in various neighborhoods we thought I’d like.  Finally I realized I didn’t want to live in a fancy yuppy neighborhood and we focussed more on the Mission where we finally found my house (actually a condo but it’s only two units) which I’m still very happy with.

San Francisco real estate is complicated.  There are TIC’s, condos, appartments, houses and various things in between.  There’s also the building code and zoning.  Jennifer understands all this.  Not only the leagalities, but also the practicalities.  She has a very positive attitude.  She’s patient and she’ll keep going until you get what you want.   I think she’s great.
Matthew Nieder, San Francisco (2007)

When my husband and I first explored the prospect of purchasing a home, our friends and colleagues all mentioned the importance of having realtor that you can trust.  Now that we have completed the purchase of our first home, I understand the gravity of that advice, and I couldn’t have been more pleased working with Jennifer Rosdail.

We were referred to Jennifer by a friend, and after interviewing several realtors (also referred by friends), we decided to go with Jennifer because she was willing to work with a range of budgets, took pride in getting good deals, and had a negotiating style that we were comfortable with.  Throughout our search, offer, and escrow processes, her tenacity, astute communication, and experience proved to be vital to our successful close.

While exploring properties in our price range to learn the market, Jennifer worked hard to make the most of our time.  She methodically put together a range of properties to our two different specifications, so that we could better understand the kind of home that would best serve our wants and needs.  As we got more clear about what we wanted (which is actually harder than it sounds), Jennifer’s recommendations became more precise.

Once we found a property we wanted, Jennifer helped us through the process of writing offers and responding to counter offers.  At this point, I started to understand the importance of trust with your realtor.  It can be difficult to make such a big decision under the time pressure often dictated in contracts.  Jennifer supported our decision making and posed the right questions to consider in the process.

Once our offer was accepted, further negotiations ensued, and Jennifer’s negotiation skills helped us get the home we wanted on fair terms.  This was not an easy prospect in our specific transaction, due to a distressed seller and a challenging economic climate.  As each detail of the contract was finalized, Jennifer was able to analyze the proposal against our benefit and gain.  Again, this was much more complex than initially expected, and it was clear that our representation was better than that of our neighbors.

We are now owners of a home that we never imagined we could purchase with our budget.  This huge accomplishment would not have been possible without Jennifer’s advice, support, and advocacy.  Yes, this review is glowing, and Jennifer deserves every bit of this praise.  I will recommend her with resounding enthusiasm to my friends, family and colleagues.
Emily Schaffer, San Francisco (2009)

Jennifer represented us as buyers in a competitive and difficult seller’s market in a highly desirable area. She provided aggressive, strategic advice consistent with our needs. Making herself available through thick and thin, she gave us the top notch, high quality service we had hoped for. We ended up buying the house of our dreams and have no reservations in recommending her to others. If Jennifer is your agent, you have a tireless advocate behind you, congratulations. If you’re considering Jennifer, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.
Raquel Sefton, Piedmont (2008)

Jennifer is a great realtor who really knows the market and shows properties based on your interest and/or restrictions. We would highly recommend Jennifer.
Shannon Toyos (2007)

My husband and I were ready to buy our first house in the East Bay in a market that was just taking off. We knew we had a limited amount of time to bid and win, because we wouldn’t be able to afford the kind of first home we hoped for once the market got really hot.

Then we met Jennifer through a friend, and she spent an insane amount of time with us in our first week together, scoping out places in different neighborhoods in San Francisco. Jennifer took the time to teach us about real estate value; she showed us what we could afford in different neighborhoods, and always made sure to spend time going over what we could do to improve the value of each place we looked at.

We came to really trust Jennifer, and decided to live in San Francisco. She took what seemed like a small budget and found creative ways for us to bid on homes we wanted, whether through good terms or short offers. Jennifer did a great job at looking for homes that suited us. It was not a cookie cutter process at all. She spent so much time with us– one day we looked at 14 houses, because we were really on a roll– and she was very patient with our first timer questions. There’s a lot of detail to understand when buying in SF– TICs, for one, are a mysterious legal entity, and Jennifer worked us through all of that.

We ended up buying a place that had been listed on the market for two weeks without any bids. This alerted her to the fact that we should look at the spot, and we bid on it on the same day. It was a crazy, very fast process but we got a house we love, in a prime location, that we never could have afforded or known to go after if not for Jennifer. She’s an incredible agent because she is patient, not pushy, and advocates for you. We would be so lucky to work with her again!

Jennifer helped me through my first home buying experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She gently advised me against things where I would have been miserable and explained in detail the home buying process. She has a great disposition and is an extremely trustworthy person. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends!

Jennifer helped me my buy first home in NoPA, and I can’t really imagine a better agent.

Here’s what some past clients have to say about me . . .

Jennifer Rosdail has the tenacity and focus of a tiger when directing the culmination of a real estate deal. Combined with her personality quotient, she was the perfect agent for me.

I feel like I was always in good hands and made completely aware of all the issues.

Jennifer’s knowledge of home values, legal transfers, and TIC arrangements was unparalleled to other brokers that I contacted. I was impressed by her heart and savvy. When I am again looking for a real estate purchase in the bay area, I will instantly think of Jennifer Rosdail.
